PAST EVENT

Jewish Life

Whether we like it or not, we all live within mental frameworks that shape our perspectives and inform our attitudes. But imagine you could step out of that box and challenge some of your most deep-seated beliefs: What’s closer to reality: optimism or pessimism? Is it more genuine to forgive your faults or to shoot for the stars?

In a world of endless isms, what role does Judaism play?

Welcome to Paradigm Shift, a five-week series that harnesses timeless Jewish spiritual teachings to challenge your thinking about yourself, life, religion, and the world we live in.

⭐️ Week 1 - World: savage or sacred?

⭐️ Week 2 - People: broken or brilliant?

⭐️ Week 3 - Torah: preserving our past or propelling our future?

⭐️ Week 4 - Religion: imposed from above or inspired from below?

⭐️ Week 5 - Failure: defeat or discovery?

The entire 5 week program cost is $60 which will include light snacks, textbooks, and guided learning for 5 consecutive Wednesday nights.

Join us in exploring how to navigate life with integrity and get around this new program coordinated by the YJP Jewish Life Committee!
